DELIVERY & RETURN

Delivery process

After confirmation, the order is prepared and dispatched as soon as possible by thw-sweet-box.com, not more than 15 days after the date of product manufacturing (subject to validation of payment). Another e-mail is sent to the user when the parcel is dispatched by the-sweet-box.com.

Products are delivered during working days (no deliveries will be made during the weekend). Customers should note that orders registered on the site on Friday afternoon will not be processed until the following Monday.

The delivery of THE SWEET BOX jewelry is handled by Aramex.

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer at the order’s time. Aramex contacts the customer in order to arrange a preferred timeframe of delivery when the products arrived in your city.

Delivery times are 2 to 3 working days. Note that delivery times are provided for informative purposes only.

The-sweet-box.com shall incur no liability in the event of delay, ordered product loss or strikes which are due to the postal services or carrier. In such cases, the customer must take the appropriate action directly with the postal services or carrier.

In order to ensure that your parcel arrive in perfect condition and are protected during transport, all jewelry are carefully packed by the-sweet-box.com in accordance with applicable standards. Customers must check the packaging and the products at the time of delivery.

Any problems concerning the items delivered (damaged, missing articles, broken or faulty items,…) must be communicated to the-sweet-box.com within 3 days (including public holidays) as from delivery (as per postmark). This notification, stating all the customer’s reservations and claims relative to the nonconformity of the delivered items delivered or defects, is to be sent by email (contact@the-sweet-box.com) and by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to: The-sweet-box.com, THE SWEET BOX, Creight General Trading LLC

Signature on Delivery

All the-sweet-box.com orders require a signature on delivery. If nobody is available to sign for your parcel at the specified address, our delivery company will leave a card and phone number for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order ‘in a safe place’ at the address.

Out of stock jewelry ordering

You have the possibility to buy jewelry that is out of stock on the-sweet-box.com. For this, the manufacturing lead-time for jewelry ordered on the site is approximately 4 weeks for the order confirmation. The-sweet-box.com will send an email informing the customer when the jewelry has been produced. To order out of stock jewelry, please send a mail to contact@the-sweet-box.com

The delivery then follows the same process as for any in stock jewelry ordered on the-sweet-box.com.
